16 years self-employed

Maybe not a special number, but it's like a birthday for me.

So every anniversary counts. Especially in this unusal year.
I'll start my  next year as follows: I will offer more one-on-one coachings, not only in companies but also in my office in Meschede.
And I am taking a university course in mediation. This not only enables me to meet the demands of some clients, but also to expand my portfolio with an excellent method.
I am looking forward to work with my current and future clients, especially during these challenging times.
