Thank you so much my dear customers, colleagues, friends, family and network partners.

It was exciting, beautiful, exhausting, hard and easy ..and even if I am not a fancy, large agency by now but more of a „small“ down-to-earth agency, I would not want it any other way. I regularly conducted seminars, trainings, workshops and coachings for the past 15 years. At home and abroad. But not a complete and longterm development programme. For various reasons I was and I am part of consulting teams in companies. The leadership programmes are mainly conducted by lager agencies. Until now. This year I'm running the first complete leadership development programme, with great companies from South Westphalia, on my own. I already have co-trainers, a great concept, the first groups and the goal to expand my "LEAD NOW! Führe Jetzt!" programme in the next few years. The programme is made especially for midsize companies and I wish that one could feel the years of experience, my heart, and that I am an „approachable“ agency from Westphalia. So anyone who knows companies that would like to develop their leaders in a down-to-earth manner...thanks for spreading the word.
